Let’s stretch, balance, be healthy, have fun! Let’s YOGA! If you are new to Yoga, experienced or just want to be healthy, let’s YOGA in Japanese (our instructor is very kind to explain, but but lessons will be in Japanese).

This session we will go over many basic poses, but all levels are welcome.

** IMPORTANT: PLEASE be on-time! As we will start the session right after the start time, so if you come into the studio late it may disturb others. Please be respectful.

** Mats are provided, but if you have your own, please bring it. Also please bring a large towel for the rental mat and some water.
