Level-UP Volleyball!!! Let’s IMPROVE our Volleyball skills!!!
This workshop session is specifically designed to learn, practice and improve basic foundational volleyball skills. The first half will focus on instruction and drills. We will have instructors to help everyone.
The last half we will enjoy rallies and short games.
If you have a volleyball, please bring it.
Session Schedule (approximate):
18:00-18:40 set-up/warm-up/practice passing, setting, etc
18:40-19:00 practice receiving
19:00-19:20 other practice
19:20-19:45 instruction and practice
19:45-20:45 mini games
20:45 clean-up
Please NOTE:
- Indoor sports shoes are required, shoes that have been used outdoors are not allowed inside.
